Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UltiPro across the entire organization. Our HR team uses it daily for our HRIS.

  • In recruiting, edit offer letters and resubmit without having to start a completely new draft.
  • In recruiting, the ability to delete draft offer letters.
  • Time savings
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
Before UltiPro, we had to HRIS and used paper forms for all of our Recruiting efforts.
UltiPro is good but could use enhancement. We've had numerous complaints that after logging into the main page (from employees), it makes them log in again multiple times before Ulti realizes that they've already logged in. I also think it would be great to enhance the Org Chart functionality or at least integrate with another system that has more planning functionality.
The team is swift to respond to cases and helps support when needed.
When implementing Recruiting/Onboarding, our rep was almost always available to answer or field questions. She was polite, easy to work with, and very flexible!
We enjoy the UltiPro suite and, like the Ultimate, allows us to submit product enhancements. It makes us feel like we have a voice.
