Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it through our whole organization. We have utilized it for backing up our servers and other information since well before I have been here. I have worked here at BRV for 5 years in March.

Pros and Cons

Set it and forget it.
Reliable.
Easy to use.

In the background. (People don't know what it is or what it does.)
Uses a lot of energy.
I don't have as much experience with it to fully utilize it.

We've only had to use it once.
Most of our users don't know that it is happening.
It covers all of our servers.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't honestly looked into alternatives. We have been happy with Unitrends, so we haven't had to think about making a change since I have been working here.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is best suited in a setting where you are wanting to have someone set it up for you, and you don't have to keep tabs on it except every once in a while. It is definitely a "set it and forget it" type set up.
