Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends MSP
We are using it across the entire district. When we purchased Unitrends MSP, we had no disaster recovery backup outside of our area. Unitrends MSP was one that we researched and found that it would meet our needs.
- Unitrends MSP lets us know when we are meeting our capacity limit so we can evaluate what we need to do to not exceed our data limit.
- We paid a premium price four years ago. Although costs have come down tremendously, we are stuck for another year paying for the premium still.
- Although we have never had to use our disaster recovery, it helps us sleep at night knowing we have a disaster recovery plan.
Four years ago, Unitrends MSP was reasonable and met our needs, so we signed a 5-year contract. In my opinion, there are cheaper and just as good companies now. In hindsight, I believe we probably should have signed a shorter contract. It met a need that we had and were satisfied when we first began using Unitrends MSP.
