Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. In my experience, we did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. I found there's no number that you can speak to anyone. In my experience, you have to do this online. In my experience, we were told they do not refund even though there product does not work in my opinion. We had canceled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund in my experience.
