Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
VanillaSoft is our main front-end phone dialer and CRM system for prospecting in the senior insurance market. I use it extensively every day with prospects and customers regarding Medicare and prescription drug plans. It is very efficient and especially helps with automating communication, and love the text message feature. Our entire organization which is presently just me uses this platform.

- The ability to save my correspondence and notes on each interaction allowing for the appearance to the customer that I am very engaged when we are speaking.

VS could add the hard copy mail correspondence to be more on the same level with Rocket Referrals. Also the ability to send out testimonial/review requests would be another nice addition for VS.
