I use Vantage Circle to redeem points earned through incentives. This makes it easier for the organisation and its employees to track performance and rewards.
- A lot of options with different vendors for us to redeem point from
- Easy to login and use
- A lot of offers also sent along the way
- Add more vendor options to suit various employees
- Try to make the point redeemable through your website site itself and not have to go to the work email account for redemption. Makes it too long.
- Have some competitions as well where we can earn more points
- Ease of use
- Availability of different vendors to suit everyone's requirement
- Makes it easy for the organisation to facilitate Rewards and Recognitions
- It has motivated employees to work harder in order to gain more points
- It has helped employers to keep track of performance and rewards
- Convenience of use for both employees and employers has made it one of the most used websites
