Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365
Used across entire company. Gives us more control over mail backup than Microsoft offers. We need to quickly be able to restore mails or mailboxes without using the not so user friendly one from Microsoft.
- Easy backup, easy to set up.
- Very easy restore of mails or entire mailboxes.
- Could be quicker to back up. Not good with very large SharePoint installations.
- I think it has saved us a lot of time.
- Gives us ease of mind, knowing that we have a second backup locally.
We could not use the one provided by Microsoft. You need a third-party backup, and Veeam is already our mail backup platform and has been so for 10 years.
We have used the backup a few times to recover deleted folders and mails that were too difficult to retrieve from Microsoft's Recycle Bin.
We have used the local restore option to get a hold of single mails that needed to be placed elsewhere, or from disabled or former employees.
The simple interface, and the simple restore procedure. Very quick restore.
Backup essentials. We use this for our local and remote backup jobs.
