Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
Veeam was utilized as our primary backup and recovery solution. It was frequently used to recover incorrectly deleted data from server shares. It was also integral to our disaster recovery plan with our laboratory services.

- Easy interface which allows you to quickly create a backup plan

- Better error handling and reporting when backups fail.
- I dislike having to manually enter a key code on renewal.
- Provide a guided walkthrough and provide tips when creating first backup plan.

As of now we only have 2 physical workloads protected. It is less than we anticipated but we have virtualized many servers via a 3rd party.

We were using built in tools from Microsoft but they were clunky and had a terrible UI. Veeam is easy to deploy and when necessary, is easy to use to recover lost data.
We have not utilized cloud storage but it is under consideration.
We have not utilized this feature.
