Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We use Vena for budgeting and our financial statements. Vena has helped our operations team understand what is driving their numbers at the end of ever period. They are able to drill into each number without having access to our accounting system. They are now able to understand how certain actions/lack of actions drive their numbers. We are able to keep all the reports in one place. Everyone knows where they are located and they are not getting lost in emails. One of the other great benefits is the audit function. We are able to track who made what changes and when.

The concept behind Vena is great. We are able to think of new ways to using the product every time a new project comes up. It is helpful to have a central location that all our team members know to find reports and their worklist. We have a large amount of operations employees that work outside of our central office so this is a great organizer of all their work. It is an easy to learn product that is a great add to Excel.

The initial startup we had a nice team who was supportive. Once we were done with that phase getting resolutions took longer. The support team would respond and try to help but the problems wouldn't be fixed. It [wasn't] by a lack of trying. It was more of lack of experience with the product.
