Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint ProContractor

I use Viewpoint Pro Contractor daily to help me stay organized with all the projects that we have currently and on going. It helps me stay on top of supplies that I need to order, schedule appointments with sub contractors. It also helps me find bills that need paid. I am able to see what sub contractors need to send me updated information for their liability insurance to make sure we can pay them on time.
  • They help keep me organized to see what job are coming up as well as ones in progress.
  • They help me see my bills that need to be paid to vendors.
  • They help me find invoices from us that still need to be paid.
  • Expanding the amount of information about a job to be entered.
  • More online classes about latest greatest tips.
  • Being able to set alerts for customers when their information is expired
  • It has been a positive impact knowing I have everything I need in one place
Viewpoint ProContractor is way better than FedEx Cross Border. It is user friendly and helps keep me organized with everything I need all in one location. There is so much more I am able to do quickly, for my company and clients. Everything I need is in one system, rather than using one or more to do the same job. Such a time saver.

The Viewpoint ProContractor is great. I am able to see everything I need to help our company be successful. I am able to look at a list of jobs that have not started, jobs in progress and jobs complete that are ready for billing. I have the ability's to look up customers quick and easily for their information anytime I need.

I give Viewpoint ProContractor a 10 out of 10. This system is user friendly to help keep me organized on a daily basis. I can find everything I need daily with this system. I am able to look up our subcontactors, vendors and clients I need to find quickly. I am able to see bills that I need to pay as well as invoices that I need to send out.
