Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum
Viewpoint Spectrum has been subscribed for few years but not used till recently. We feel that support and documentation is lacking ( either in general or our access to it) There is also not clarity on permissions and the permissions are more of "canned" product with not much room to manipulate or create your own! In my experience, user invitation and adding is cumbersome.

- Dashboards
- Data from Spectrum
- Permissions
- Switching modes as Administrator does not has access to what other see unless role is applied.
- Slowness and syncing
- Contacts creation and adminstration
- Increased Visbility
We are working on it and not there yet.
