Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Within our organization, WebEx Meetings is primarily used by the technical staff, although there has been a recent push to expand that to the rest of the organization as we are not 100% satisfied with another provider we are using. It is an ideal tool for reaching customers via webinars as well as for internal meetings where screen sharing is a necessity.
Pros
- Allows us to easily keep our remote workers informed and involved without frequent trips to HQ location
- Ideal tool for troubleshooting issues without physically being in the room
- Ease of use
Cons
- Occasional lag time when using webcam or video
- Panel is annoying for users who are sharing their screens
- RDP functions could work better
- Saves time and expenses by not requiring multiple employees to be in a single location
- Easy to reach our customers via Webinars, again saving time and expense of having to set up live customer visits
- We can get immediate feedback from customers when connected via WebEx meetings in the form of chats and/or polling
WebEx Meetings is a less expensive and as reliable or more reliable alternative to many of the web conferencing/meeting tools available. It's easy to use most if not all of its features, which is very helpful when involving less technical staff and when interfacing with customers where time is a valuable resource.
