Currently used by entire organization. Currently solves the hybrid work collaboration needs.
  • Video content sharing.
  • Great audio.
  • Break our rooms.
  • Caller ID would be nice for dial in only participants.
  • Meeting PIN for personal meeting rooms from a security perspective.
  • Positive reduction in telecom expenses.
  • Greater engagement by staff.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Currently officers of the company prefer Zoom due its feature rich services out of the box. Cisco Webex was late to the game on many features that turned off executive management. Organization is migrating to Teams in preference to Webex.

Webex Meetings Reliability

In 2020 and early 2021 we had many reliability issues with Webex. Made for a poor user perception.
