Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex allows for employees to meet, message, and collaborate in a variety of ways that can help support business needs. Using meetings has made meeting easier, more efficient and overall more enjoyable experience. The messaging feature is also a feature that is very useful for myself and for my colleagues as well

Microsoft Teams

I have very scarcely used Microsoft Teams, so I don't have too much experience with that product. But from my experience, the two products seem very similar in their use and functionality. I'm not sure if teams works more seamlessly with Windows, but that would be the only advantage of using that product that I can think of.

Reliability and Availability

WebEx meetings has typically been available to use for employees with the exception of a few outages that have happened. Other than that, the app is very reliable and easy to use in that sense. Whenever I need to plan a quick meeting or anything like that, I have not had any issues that I can recall.

Scalability

webex works seamlessly for many different depts. Like I mentioned earlier, the ability for enhanced collaboration is a major advantage of using the webex meetings app. it is very easy to work across many depts in my company using webex. The scalability of webex meetings is very high for my company.

Performance

the pages do tend to load very quickly and with no issues that I can recall, aside from a couple of outages that have been experienced. but other than that, webex meetings is always reliable in the sense that the pages load quickly and promptly when i am using the app

Likelihood to Recommend

Dealing with the covid pandemic in America, the ability to meet, message, collaborate, etc was needed more than ever. Since employees were working remotely, Webex has made that transition much easier by allowing for remote work in a variety of ways. The only scenario where it may not be appropriate would be a smaller, in person setting.
