Ensuring employees had all the right equipment including headsets for hybrid meetings and remote work. Also ensuring employees had meeting host accounts with proper session types available (e.g. meetings, events, etc.).
Very helpful in my former company and current one, McKesson. Was the primary and eventually became the secondary solution for hybrid meetings.
Good experience leveraging both Webex Meetings and Teams Meetings through various endpoints like Cisco Webex Room and Board series, as well as legacy MX series, and employee personal endpoints.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Webex is much more polished and robust, as well as having more advanced features than competitors such as Teams and Zoom, however Teams seems to be best for ease of use and seamless for our O365 users. Webex was the original solution selected for virtual meetings.
