Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex meetings to schedule meetings with TAC, vendors to discuss problems or purchasing decisions. This product helps organize and schedule meetings with ease. While wedo use Microsoft teams with internal meetings, Cisco Webex is better for when scheduling meetings with outside personnel. We mostly use it for screen sharing and video calls.

The screen share is also very useful when troubleshooting someones problem or when making a presentation to show off products or app development.
