Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
As a Sr. Network Engineer, I have to attend lots of client and internal online meetings regarding deployment or migration strategies. We use Webex Meetings to attend those meetings. We also use Webex to attend project kickoff meetings & UAT sessions. Though Webex Meetings is not the only collaboration app that we are using right now but it is widely used. Most of the collaboration tools or app has quite the same features but Webex Meetings is quite trusted as it came from Cisco. We do have wide range of Cisco products mostly network related as they are treated as trusted and reliable in the industry.
- I mostly use my phone to join the meetings. The android version user interface is pretty neat and simple.
- Scheduling and recording meetings from the app are quite easy.
- Past meetings can be found easily here but there are some improvements needed in this section.
- First of all, Webex Meetings android app needs to include the meeting creation features from the app without any need of other app. Scheduling meetings can be done from here but while trying to start a meeting from here they require a others Webex app.
- Can't send message from the app directly which also requires the Webex Meeting app.
- The UI is pretty simple and user friendly, I admit that but compared to other collaboration app the UI can do better I think.
- Webex has made it easy for us to connect with our clients which made the business process much easier.
