Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We are using Webex Meetings for remote meetings with our employees inside our company and also with our customers and the support team from Cisco. We are using it to collaborate in a much better way with audio, video, chat presence, and all the features that Webex Meetings is giving us. So that is the use case and we are using Webex Meetings with some also advanced features with applications integrated with Webex Meetings like Slido etcetera.
- Audio and video are I think the best compared with other vendors. That is my experience that VoIP only and telephony callback video and Cisco video endpoints, telepresence endpoints are working perfectly.
- Well, improvements, I think they can go in some programmability for, let's say Webex devices improvement, something like an add-on application, which will be run on the endpoint on the devices itself. So that is, I think that can be the future, some artificial intelligence in collaboration portfolio.
- Yes, I think ROI calculation is also very important for travelers and working remotely. I think that is one of the positive steps and also advanced technologies that are used to collaborate more than audio, video, and such technologies.
