Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex Meetings for our client meetings and product demos. As we deal with clients from around the world we need a robust meeting software. Webex Meetings is one of the best when it comes to this. It looks and feels premium and professional. Crisp video and voice quality. When working with large clients, small things make a difference and Webex Meetings does make a huge impact.

Pros and Cons

Crisp Video quality
Great Screen sharing experience
Crisp voice quality

Web version can be improved, the UI needs some work.
When clients use the web version it keeps asking them to download the software.
In some cases, at low internet bandwidth clients do face an issue. I have not faced any issues.

Return on Investment

Better meeting experiences lead to more business.
Professional outlook, unlike other software that look and feel casual.
Does not hang even with maximum number of participants.

Organizational Challenges Faced

We use Cisco headsets and WebEx in our hybrid working environment. We have not seen any issues with these. No challenges, the products both software and hardware work perfectly.

Impact on Organizational Challenges

We have used other products and with working from home we have seen a lack of quality in the meetings but with Webex Meetings there is no drop in quality.

Hybrid Work Experience

I have experienced no difference in work from anywhere and the office due to the crisp quality of Webex Meetings. The sound and video work perfectly.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams

Webex Meetings is better in almost every aspect. While on teams, a large number participants was always an issue, not with Webex Meetings. Also it looks and feels so much more professional.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings works perfectly even on calls where there are multiple people from different countries with different bandwidths of internet. Also, while presenting the screen and voice quality does not drop like other software we have used. In some cases where clients have a low bandwidth they do seem to complain but I have not had any issues when even working from my phone internet.

The only professional video meet option.
