Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

As an organisation we have thousands of employees based all over the world. Most people work remotely but we need to keep in contact with more than just calls. I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to connect with remote teams, customers and meetings. It is now my 'Go To' product when I need to meet with people on video.
  • The real time translation has proved a hit for calls where language can be a barrier
  • Ability to use host different types of meetings with the best layout. Webinars with an uncluttered screen layout
  • I often join calls whilst on the move, the ability to block my background noise so it isn't played in to the meeting makes for a more pleasant experience for everyone.
  • Being able to move my meeting from my desktop to my phone without interruption is a huge bonus as no longer need to drop and re-join when I need to be on the move.
  • There are currently no features that I feel are missing. I'm yet to use all of those that are available
  • It has helped to cut down on our decision making time
  • Improved relationships with our customers as we get to meet more frequently using WebEx
  • We are able to host more engaging meetings and include everyone regardless of location

The main challenges we faced was having multiple vendors already in the organisation with similar abilities to WebEx. Trying to align everyone on to the same platform can be very difficult. There was also the cultural barrier of many people not wanting to use video. It has taken time to adopt but those who have adopted love the product.
MS Teams does seem to be the go to product for a lot of people. I find this too distracting as a product with the multiple tabs and very cluttered. WebEx allows me to focus on the meeting and not be distracted by messages popping up or calls coming in. The video is clear and this is what my customers want to see when we meet.

WebEx Meetings is well suited for all of the meetings that I host whether internal or external. It gives a clean and easy to use layout without too many distracting icons. I've started to make use of the WebEx Assistant which is fantastic as I no longer need to take notes (that I'm likely to lose). The WebEx Assistant does it all for me and I can refer back to meetings as and when required.
