Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Before Covid we didn’t have much use for collaboration tools but since then not only are we hybrid but also have a USA office now so Webex Meetings allows teams that are cross site to connect.
- Roomkit devices have been rock solid for us
- Teams support was very nice
- Room navigator support
- Admins apis lack endpoints for org level settings
- Would be nice to have a wallboard mode of control hub for monitoring
- Outside of my role scope
