Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I have used WebExpenses in a previous role and this was a deciding factor in bringing it at my new role. We are currently in the pilot stage, for both cash expenses and credit cards and this is going well although hindered slightly by staff being furloughed.
The system is straightforward to use and the support service is second to none. I would highly recommend the system to anyone that wants to upgrade their expenses processing and management.

- Not able to answer this yet as still in the pilot stage.
As we are still in the pilot phase of using the system for expenses processing and approval, this is not something I can comment on greatly at the moment.
I can say that from a company credit card point of view, it will save our engineers having to post their receipts to us as they can upload scanned copies.
