Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used to capture all individual employee work related expenses the employee pays for and is used across the whole organisation. As we deliver a very decentralised remote service It has been used effectively to capture receipts, and mileage in an easy to use system to reimburse expenses staff have incurred in their daily activities.

Easy to use, and the system including the app updating records works well most of the time. If internet access is questionable, then that is the only time that the system seems to struggle. It also has a good audit trail and you can see when activities are done and actioned.
The system is simple to use and easy to learn which has really helped in adoption of the process and quickly becoming a routine and simple application for managing mileage and reimbursement claims. It is also easy to show proof of claims when used in conjunction with a smart phone app.
The system must be used, be able to access and review all expenses remotely, and be manageable to refer back those expenses that are questionable. Also the ability to break down the receipt into individual areas of expenses when several items on receipt cross into different areas of accounting. This needed to be auditable with records held securely.
As we are a very decentralised operation and majority of people work remotely away from the main office with the Webexpenses app the system is easy to catch and generate expenses from paper till receipts recognising critical information automatically and creating digital records that can be easily and instantly shared.
