Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to pay the employees expenses during their trips around the world. Usually, we go along with our sister companies to fix their company network and provide new assets. We usually buy assets or equipment or foot at the restaurants. We upload the receipts in the portal and get refunded by the company.

Pros

  • Keep track of expenses.
  • Scanning the receipts and reading the contents.
  • Converting with different exchange rates.

Cons

  • Phone app, I'd rather prefer to use the website instead.
  • User interface design.
The overall usability is a 6. As previously said, the website is working well and doing its job properly, keeping all the things tidy and clear. On the other side, we have a phone application that is not working as intended. Causing some problems or frustration during the normal use.

This website is ok, the autofill functionality is well made, the OCR reader works well, making me save a lot of time. By the way, the phone application sometimes gets errors or, after a claim is made and all the fields are filled up, I can't save it because of synch problems. I hate to start over a thing, and I did it a lot of times. SO, I always take pictures with my phone and use the website with my laptop to fill everything in, completely avoiding the phone. Best scenario? at home with a glass of wine filling the fields and assuring that nothing is missing/wrong. Worst scenario? taking pictures at the restaurant and filling up things with chaos, just to discover that I could not upload due to lack of server connectivity/out of synch problems.
