Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Very easy to upload receipts, and automatically allocate to credit card spend. Easy and efficient, regardless of whether you use the web or mobile app.

  • Automatic matching against credit card.
  • Good user interface.
  • Less time spent on inputting receipts.
  • Less receipts going missing.
It is very easy to use, and I never have any issues when trying to upload or submit expenses.
It takes me around 10 minutes to link any receipts that have not automatically been done, and submit for approval. It's a doddle.

After entertaining a client, I can simply snap a picture of the receipt and upload to my account. When my credit card statement is imported, the receipt is automatically linked to the relevant spend item.
