Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is being used across the whole business to ensure we can track and claim back expenses incurred with the day-to-day running of the business. This can vary between travel, sustenance, postage, or other ad-hoc expenses. The software enables us as a business to see a clear breakdown in where and when expenses are being incurred, specifically within which departments and with which of our customers.
- Provides a pre-populated / interactive map when claiming travel expenses.
- It enables me to specify details around expenses should our finance team need detail to approve the expense request.
- I find the functionality between phone and desktop very different, this can sometimes be quite confusing.
- I don't see the end results as a business, but I know that from a team point of view, as a Manager, it gives me a clear understanding of how/where my team members are spending hours that they may not theoretically have time to spare. For example, spending too much time on the road.
I have never used Webexpenses for invoicing personally, but I have done and continue to do so for expenses approval. The ability to upload receipts and enter, for example, travel expenses, on an ad-hoc basis is really helpful; ensuring no expenses accumulate/run the risk of being forgotten.
