Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use it monthly to submit by expenses, mainly travel or subscriptions. To my knowledge, all employees use it to submit their expenses. I can not say how else it is used in other departments. It is simple to use, I screenshot my tube and train journeys and add them [to] be submitted.
  • Details expenses and travel routes
  • Not as easy to use on a computer. Much easier on phone. Could be looked into
  • I can not speak for the overall business. I only use it for submitting my own expenses, as part of the marketing team.
I think that web expenses [are] simple to use and have very minimal issues with it. You [simply] login on your phone, use a saved receipt or take a snap of the receipt and use that to claim back your expenses. The only confusing part potentially is the 'Exp' part, [which] could be confusing as to which part you should use.
To be honest, I haven't used it to save time. [It] actually is quite time-consuming and takes a while to go through everything. The last expense claim I submitted actually duplicated everything so I had to go back and start again. Expense approval seems simple, but I am also not an approver.
I would say the most important requirement is the layout of the app and that it must be simple to use. It is relatively simple to use but it can be quite time consuming and took me a while to get used to the layout. Overall, it works well and am happy with Webexpenses.

Yes

Did Webexpenses live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Webexpenses go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

Yes

It is most certainly appropriate for submitting expenses, in particular travel (tube and train), subsidiaries, food plus other areas of expenses. Any contracts, yearly or monthly subscriptions can also be expensed. There perhaps could be scenarios where a different format of web expenses is used for different sorts of expenses. Generally, I think it all operates and works well.
