We are using Webroot Advanced Email Encryption powered by Zix to ensure secure email exchanges. Email is an important channel of communication for the exchange of sensitive information and with the rise of spam and phishing attacks in the last couple of years, we went ahead with the software to create a secure channel of communication.

Webroot Advanced Email Encryption powered by Zix was possibly one of the easiest implementations I have done in my professional career. No fuss and challenges around the timelines, documentation, pieces of training, and technical aspect of the product. The team was really helpful in ensuring that the go-live is smooth and in time.
The features around encryption and threat protection were better than the rest. The pricing had a huge role to play along with the timelines given for the implementation of the product. We also checked with a few people who were using the product and their feedback was exceptional around customer support which was a must for us considering the number of users dependent on this product.
