Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We had tried Wingman in our company within the sales team and the demand/lead generation team. This tool was particularly useful as it had battle cards and the ability to bookmark specific moments within a conversation with prospective customers. This tool helped my team to get better as interactions can be reviewed by peers without having to join live.
  • Bookmarking specific moments of a conversation.
  • Offline review of conversations.
  • Connectivity with Zoom.
  • Slightly harder to remove Wingman from a conversation where a customer doesn't want to be recorded.
  • Simplified coaching.
  • Quick training of reps.
Wingman is slightly better than good meetings as it is easier to use and more powerful.

Wingman is well suited for organizations that have large demand/lead generation teams that need to talk to prospects on a daily basis. Wingman may not be appropriate in places where sales conversations are more confidential, and the customers may not like to be recorded.
