Overall Satisfaction with Workable
My whole org. used Workable and it was really helpful. It makes hiring new people so much easier. I think any HR department would greatly benefit from a software program like this. I would recommend it. I especially liked the scorecards and recruiting reports. Also, the career pages are pretty cool, too.
- You can make beautiful, easy career landing pages. I haven't seen another program that does this. It's nice not having to go through IT to manage these pages
- It's great to be able to work remotely. The whole team can access it.
- The dashboard is really user friendly and intuitive.
- I wish the people search had more advanced options
- It's expensive
- We didnt keep track of these specific stats, but I can say it had an overall positive impact
- It has helped put less time into finding the right candidates, so I can focus on other things.
Workable had so many more features... the email integration, the personalized landing pages, the reporting, the dashboard, the remote communications, the applicant tracking etc. Workable had so much more.
