Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is being used by multiple departments: eBusiness, Marketing, Communications and Strategic Products Group.

  • Bulk work on it button for multiple working items
  • Streamlined processes for increased work output
  • Management of workflows has improved between multiple teams
  • Visibility for upper management
Workfront provides greater visibility and organization then any other PM tool I've worked in.
Consulting - remote. These have been valuable for consultants to learn about our business and our instance of Workfront. 9 times out of 10 the consultants are very helpful. However, if they have to go back to retrieve an answer to something they don't know I usually have to follow up to hear back.
Workfront is great for project management and brand continuity. One thing that does not work great for our group is the resource scheduling tool.
