Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We are currently using Workfront to track and drive our campaigns in the company on both regional and a global level. We are wanting to maximise the usage of this product and get the most value out of it. We currently stretch this across our marketing and web team and then plug into our regions/ other global office.
- It allows us to create projects and get specific people allocated to the task.
- We get a solid view of whats going on (if tracked properly).
- We can see comments and updates - but the comms to email doesn't always follow through.
- I feel that it can improve on better service to us in terms of visibility on an Account manager that I can contact.
- I need support on educating tam members on the use thereof.
- We need consistency of application and comms.
Against JIRA - I was not involved in the decision making process.
