Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • Keeping abreast of the status of a project.
  • Putting all communication in one place, making it easy to go back to reference comments.
  • Keeping things on time and on budget.
  • It needs an UNDO button.
  • Making an update in the the "My Work" screen doesn't always transfer to the project itself, which can cause issues.
  • There are a lot of glitches that have to be navigated around.
  • Honestly, I don't think our ROI is probably that great because of the fact that our entire organization doesn't subscribe to the service.
  • Makes managing my team's projects more efficient.
Workfront is best if everyone in your organization is in it. In mine, only a few departments/teams use Workfront which can require some extra work and duplication of efforts.

It is great for reoccurring projects and reporting out - the custom forms are great!
