- Centralize projects in one solution
Workfront has allowed us to centralize the management of all projects, providing greater visibility and oversight for management, and easier execution for all resources involved. Workfront's customization and flexibility has allowed us to build a project management workflow to effectively control projects for the implementation of new revenue, cutting the time between a final sale and the start of revenue flow.

- Highly flexible custom data fields and reporting.
- Easy learning curve for project managers and team members.
- Great project activity history logging.
Cons
- Better output of project schedules; reports that show the WBS hierarchy would be helpful.
- Better collaboration tools and email integration to provide more of a platform (similar to BaseCamp) for project communications.
- Workfront has allowed us to improve the service provided to our clients through better organized, more efficient projects.
- Workfront has been instrumental in our dedication to moving projects from sale to live as quickly as possible.
Workfront's collaboration is limited to task assignment, issue tracking, and an updates page on all projects, tasks, and issues. Workfront falls short in providing an email driven collaboration space where geographically distributed teams can have project conversations.
