Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • Centralize projects in one solution
  • Govern compliance workflows
Workfront allows our team to stay agile and gain access to the platform from anywhere at any time. We have frequent trips planned throughout the year and our users can gain access on many devices to continue to progress projects.

Pros

  • Establish workflow
  • Organize multiple initiatives by generating portfolios and programs.
  • Customize views for different users' groups to meet their specific needs.

Cons

  • Enhanced connectivity for approval processes and reviews.
  • Proof HQ integration with Workfront scheduling.
  • Increased best practices shared across various types of deliverables.
  • Manage workflows.
  • Increased efficiency when all users are committed to the platform usage.
  • Decreased usage when processes are overly complex for adoption.
We are learning to attempt to integrate the Proof HQ paths for increased external collaboration.
Well suited for quick routing low complex projects.

With the many options Workfront can provide, a strong guidance would have been well suited to prepare users to set up up the complex system so that it was more suited for larger, more complex projects and/or initiatives.
