- Centralize projects in one solution
Pros
- I think Workfront is a great product for using as a project management tool. You can track [just] about anything you want and report on anything you are working on within a project.
Cons
- We tried using Workfront for a help desk request tool. It took a lot of work to create all of the forms and import all of the information we needed to get it to work. It did work but not up to the needs of our help desk and we replaced it with help desk software.
- Workfront has certainly automated our project management team and allowed us to track project tasks and build workflows to increase productivity. So it has made a positive impact!
We benefited in using Workfront to collaborate with internal and external contractors on projects. It was fairly easy to set up access to projects for both internal and external users.
We were assigned our own personal consultant from Workfront when we purchased the application. It was very helpful to have someone that was familiar with our operation when setting up Workfront in the beginning.
