Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • I think Workfront is a great product for using as a project management tool. You can track [just] about anything you want and report on anything you are working on within a project.
  • We tried using Workfront for a help desk request tool. It took a lot of work to create all of the forms and import all of the information we needed to get it to work. It did work but not up to the needs of our help desk and we replaced it with help desk software.
  • Workfront has certainly automated our project management team and allowed us to track project tasks and build workflows to increase productivity. So it has made a positive impact!
Workfront is definitely configurable to about any needs you want if you want to put the time into setting it up. It is best suited as a project management tool but could be used as a help desk request app with some configuration.
