Pros and Cons

Able to search through all the requests, even closed tasks, which is great for traceability.
Great view of the full list of tasks and who is assigned what, with status for each at a glance.
Easy to manage communication and exchanges within each task - with comments in each task

I find it a bit slow at times to display the pages/tasks.
It is a bit hard to customize the templates for the task form.
I wish there was a way to implement automated workflow - for instance, when a task status is changed, it would be great to change the assignee automatically.
