Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
In my company, we use Workfront to monitor and control product development projects from start to finish.
- Workfront helps to promote transparency in regards to project status.
- Workfront allows users to improve communication by utilizing the platform to ask questions, concerns while eliminating the use of emails.
- Workfront keeps centralized and accessible all critical information in regards to a project. i.e. Project risks, issues, budgeting, etc.
- Workfront should take into consideration the intuition of individuals. Some commands commonly used are not applicable within the Workfront platform. i.e. ctrl+F to locate words within a project plan.
- Workfront should consider if it hasn't, the integration of Agile.
- It has helped to establish a baseline to account benefits.
- It has provided the data to identify business gaps.
