Overall Satisfaction with Workvivo

Workvivo has been a very efficient tool in running team engagement activities during times of the pandemic. I work in a virtual workspace, where interaction with the team is mostly non-contact. Being the team's engagement POC, I find Workvivo very useful in interacting with the whole team using visual content.
  • Hold polls
  • Create posts
  • Drive engagement in the form of likes & comments, shows active participation of the team members
  • The UI although vivid is a bit slow to update
  • More animations
  • To be able create your own spaces
  • Being able to celebrate the achievement of our team members
  • Updates made on site are not fluid
  • Sometimes the transitions are really lagging

We've hosted a couple of competitions in the past few months where members from across different teams could showcase their special skills using the content creation functionality, and we were able to hold polls to nominate the best ones. It was a real breakthrough getting to know so many people in the organization and realize we were associated with such talented & interesting people.
