WorkVivo - Flexible Engagement

I use Workvivo daily to help promote community and collaboration between both onsite and remote members of staff. Workvivo is a fantastic tool to have within flexible workplaces as it allows for that sense of community to extend beyond a physical workplace. I have found Workvivo to be beneficial for employee engagement and it has allowed me as a remote agent to still feel part of the team and workplace regardless of distance. A lacking feature may be that of the ability to private message other users or create group chats within specific interest spaces or in relation to activities or events that may be happening - this would save on the need to create outside chats through other work based apps for example. All in all , I enjoy what Workvivo brings to my workplace and will continue to use it regularily.
