Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My department and team are currently using Wrike to track the flow and dates of multiple projects. However, we're looking within the next six months or so to expand the program to not just our team; but all of the the teams that we work with to centralize the programs that are being used for these projects.

  • able to get things done efficiently
Wrike lets you track more details and hold people accountable for their tasks, whereas Smartsheet didn't do that for me. Maybe it's dependent on the type of project that's being worked on, but I've found that Wrike tends to be more helpful in the project management space than Smartsheet.
I would give it a 7/10 because of its ease of use, its ability to be easily exported into an Excel spreadsheet, and the fact that you can manage so many different types of projects, but I wish it didn't look so clunky sometimes. It feels like it's taking too much space for things.

It's perfect for all forms of project management; especially the parts where you need to add additional detail about what's actually needed in the project. Some tools don't let you add enough detail, or if they do it's hard for people to find but wrike isn't like that at all. You click on a task and any additional details that need to be communicated are there.
