Overall Satisfaction with Xoom, a PayPal Service
We use Xoom to transfer funds across different regions. We have a lot of foreign vendors, both regular and one time who needs payment in their local currency. The biggest problem that we face is time and Xoom is really fast and addresses that issue. The transaction fee is also the lowest as compared to other payment gateways.
- Timely and fast transfer of money.
- Low transaction cost for transfers.
- Best in class support system.
- Reach of Xoom to all destination should be made fast. Right now it is not the case.
- Lot of personal information request from Xoom is sometimes irritating.
- Multilingual customer support is a must for our organization.
- We make around 50-100 transfers a week. Low transaction fees and timely payment has definitely earned us more $ than we have earned. Vendor trust is additional.
