Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR
We use XpertHR globally in our offices as an HR tool. Unfortunately, it's limited in Hungary, but it has a lot of useful articles and help pages for our UK entity. It can be helpful if you have questions regarding local labour laws and if you just want to double check on something as well. Hopefully, it will have more articles in other regions soon too.

- Termination articles
- Add more countries for global companies
- Add option for suggestions
- User interface update
- Access to information that we would normally turn to a lawyer with
- Saved time on research on employment contract information
- Great articles on Equal Opportunities
So far XpertHR didn't have an impact on our compliance, but this may change in the future.
As I mentioned this is not relevant for us yet.
It was decided by a new lead to try XpertHR. So far it's great, but of course, it has its limitations.
