The time saved when using the software is massive, and the creatives love having all of their feedback in one place. We also use it to keep track of feedback on different versions, so if anything is contradictory it is flagged, ultimately making our quality of work higher.

It's very simple to use. A proof generates a sharable link, which can be shared with anyone who is added to the proof. Anyone with the link can then comment or view comments on the proof. It's brilliant if multiple project/account managers are working on the same documents, as it means work can easily be picked up if someone is sick or on holiday cover.

It allows everyone to feedback on the same version at the same time. Seeing each others comments in real time prevents duplicated feedback and allows for more consistency of work in general, which is very important on larger campaigns where different designers are working on it.
