Overall Satisfaction with Zip Intake-to-Procure

We use ZIP to handle all procurement requests. It allows anyone in the Org to submit a request and then allows the requester to easily track the approval flow process.
  • Good UI
  • Opens up access to everyone in the company
  • Connects to billing and allows for PO creation
  • Takes a bit of training to become comfortable making changes
  • No direct general chat box with the vendor
  • Okta access for all employees
  • Vendor Portal
  • Requester Portal
  • Has made us more compliant with our procurement process from a legal and compliance perspective
ZIP had much better UI and had Okta integration, Tipalti had neither.

Well suited for companies that want to allow any employee to submit a request. ZIP can be tricky to use for employee reimbursement or unique contracts that don't necessarily have a contract tied to it.
