Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Calendar
I can all be on the same
calendar with Zoho Calendar, where I can create and amend events, making
cooperation easier. Anyone can be invited effortlessly, with invitations
delivered directly to the other user's email account, regardless of whatever
email provider they use. Depending on the rights I establish as a user, I
can also be published on a website with the public being able to access it.

- I use a spam blocker application, which is why I no longer have this problem, but I did previously
- We deployed a different software package with better trash filtering after Zoho reached a point where there was so much spam pouring through that the email account became too cumbersome to operate
- The software has a unique look and tremendous functionality, yet it can be perplexing at times
- Event reminders are also accessible in Zoho Calendar, so I may be notified of appointments, dates, milestones, and events through email or a pop-up
- Reminders can appear up to 90 days in advance of an event
- A calendar can be made available to both groups and individuals for official meetings and project management
- I can keep track of important dates
- Appointments, birthdays, and meetings are easily managed using this calendar
Zoho Calendar is a free online calendar that allows me to keep track of my appointments and meetings, send invitations and track RSVPs, and share and advertise our calendars. I can also use my phone to access the Zoho Calendar. With Zoho Calendar, it's simple to send and accept invitations from almost anyone.
