Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use it for leads, targeting campaigns, reports, and surveys. Mostly we use it for lead follow-up and running targeting campaigns. For leads, we are able to keep track of them with notes and make sure we don't miss any. For targeting, we are able to target specific contacts and run very successful campaigns with them.
