Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use it for leads, targeting campaigns, reports, and surveys. Mostly we use it for lead follow-up and running targeting campaigns. For leads, we are able to keep track of them with notes and make sure we don't miss any. For targeting, we are able to target specific contacts and run very successful campaigns with them.

I had to deal with ZOHO's customer support a couple of times and they have been great. They were fast to respond and kept me updated as they fixed my issue. They got everything up and running again quickly. They were also very kind and informative.

You have a lot of options on how to use Zoho CRM. If you need it for reporting or lead follow up it does a great job. It is also great at creating targeting if you put in the work to keep the data up to date. It can be a powerful tool if you use it correctly.
Being able to have our sales guys update specific contacts/accounts to help us run better campaigns is a game-changer. It makes tracking leads/potentials way easier. If you are not looking to reach out to every lead this may not be a good option for you. Great for targeting.
