Overall a good platform, especially for beginners and small biz. Definitely helps plan and streamline your social plan to save time and money. Wish Ig was better integrated and the app allowed more functions vs. desktop.

Teaching tools, webinars and tips inside the platform provide great support.

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall planning, implementation, streamlining your social media accounts is fantastic. Zoho Social also does a great job proving tips and tricks on how to navigate posts (size limits, etc). Reporting, so far, has been helpful. Really wish the Instagram integration was less clunky.
