Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We have several hundred users at our company that use Zoom meetings daily. We have several offices globally and across the U.S., and it's a great tool to help us communicate, collaborate, and stay connected across offices. Zoom is highly looked upon for its reliability and ease of use, and our users love it!
- High reliability: meetings almost never have issues.
- High quality: video and audio quality are always great.
- It would be great if Zoom users could easily join Google Meet/Hangouts meetings, or vice versa.
- We've improved collaboration.
- We've maintained excellent communication with coworkers.
- We've provided a positive experience for outside vendors who have meetings with us.
We love Zoom Rooms and the fact that our Mac and Windows users can both share to a Zoom Room.
