Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo as a prospecting tool across several products. Our department (or team) relies on it as our primary mode of finding key prospects. We then source those leads as SQLs to our account executives. We also use it for more on the fly research like confirming current client's email addresses.
- Accuracy - We've used a few other tools for lead sourcing and ZoomInfo has been about the most accurate.
- Connectivity - Connecting it to our Salesforce was very easy.
- Accuracy - I know I just listed this as a pro but even with ZoomInfo, we have a fair amount of bad emails and phone numbers.
- "Extra" features - There are some really cool extra features, but we find we don't use them a whole lot.
- Less time wasted on Google.
- Increased efficiency.
